-Also Includes: Instructions / Registration Card / and 33 1/3 Dancerina Record with unpunched center hole, and record has not been removed from its cellophane wrapper / Plastic protective wrapping around head has never been removed. 
-The doll itself looks as if it has never been played with, but it does Not function properly. Needs Repair.*
-Box, instructions and registration card show wear.
