Order Cancelation

We are a very small, family business and cannot afford to be charged fees for customer mistakes, change of mind, buyer remorse, etc.

Because Shopify charges us for EVERY online transaction, regardless of whether it is fulfilled, canceled and/or refunded, and because it costs our team time, money, and resources to process and restock orders, there is a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee on any order that is canceled, at the customer's request, prior to shipment.
Once an item has been shipped and/or removed from our store, we will not be able to refund or cancel the order under any circumstance.
