Order Cancelation

Cancellations & Restocking Fee:

We are a very small, family-run business, and we do not get refunded the transaction fees charged to us, even if the order is refunded. Processing and restocking an order also costs our team time, labor, and materials.

Because of this, any order canceled at the customer’s request before shipment is subject to a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee.
This includes cancellations due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, mistaken purchase, address issues, etc.

Once an order has shipped or been removed from our store for processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance.

However, if a cancellation is due to an error on our end (such as inaccurate inventory, pricing mistake, inability to fulfill the order, etc), or at our discretion—we will cancel the order and issue a full refund—no restocking fee charged.

We aim to be fair, transparent, and respectful of everyone’s time—ours and yours.
