A People That Can Hold Their Liquor
Posted by Raymond Voegele on
I was responding to someone yesterday, regarding how ignorant Chistians have become, and stopped dead in my tracks, and was once again sitting before the Prophet, Bob Jones, and heard him speak those words again, and my soul felt it.-I’m reminded of when I sat before Bob Jones, and he said, “God is looking for a people that can hold their liquor.”I see a lot of vomiting, stumbling around, blurred vision, and slurring of the Word.-I posted this without a second thought...and then immediately began seeing all the places I have failed to "hold my liquor," and conviction set in....
This word is hard, who is able to hear it?
Posted by Raymond Voegele on
The thought came to me that, “The love of Christ is brutal.”I pondered that for awhile, and was looking at scripture because I remembered something R.C Sproul once taught me, about what it really means for God to “draw” us.In the process, this caught my interest....“This word is hard, who is able to hear it?”Not, “I’m unable.” Not, help me hear.”Not a question of why THEY are unable to hear, but a questioning of those that can.His taught ones questioned whether the word could even be heard and the hearing of those able to hear it, because they could not...
Locked Up - Oil Levels

This is not a time to worry about other people's oil levels. Some people's engines are going to lock up, but we are not to risk our engines locking up to make sure someone's engine does not lock up.That is not selfish. This is grace. Though, some will go down with their locked up engine, some will need our engine to be running, until they receive a new engine.I see some have attempted to repair their own engine...with no knowledge of how they even work. Some don't even have the right tools in their hands for the job....and some of those people...

I've Lost Someone Too
Posted by Raymond Voegele on
Something I have realized I don't want to say to someone that loses their dad, or anyone else, is the equivalent of, "I lost my dad. I know how you feel."...because I don't know how they feel. I know that it sucks and it hurts, but I don't know the levels of their relationship, their wiring, their connection, their frequencies, their limitations, their abilities, their said and unsaid, and the fullness of what their loss means to them. One person can lose a dollar, and it means more than the person that loses ten thousand dollars.A relationship is like a mold...
Negativity is Like Witchcraft
Posted by Raymond Voegele on
Acting due to truth, against evil, does not require any negativity. Negativity is essentially a tool we use when we feel week, hopeless, and powerless. We use it almost like witchcraft...a counterfeit power and mindset, in place of hope, faith, and holy belief...which has the power to create, call forth, raise up, and bring light to the darkness. We end up creating an atmosphere of negativity in our mind, and hover over circumstances via thought, as God hovered over the earth at creation. Those negative thoughts that attempt to exalt themselves against the Knowledge of God, are in likeness to...
