Here are notes from this item's most recent testing:
It initially would not work the first dozen times I "cleaned" it out with a Q-Tip and Alcohol, but it eventually read in the system (using an SP). However, if I take it out of the GBA SP system and immediately put it back in, it will refuse to read. I had to remove and reinsert a few times before it decided to read again. So it reads inconsistently. The cheat codes seem to work, albeit a little janky. It crashed once when trying to use a cheat code in a game (I used a cheat code for Pokemon Red where I could walk through walls, and as soon as I walked through a wall, the game crashed).I tried two other cheats for Pokemon Red, and had no crashing issues.
With this in mind, this GameShark will be as is, and not returnable.
