- Tested both the clock via battery and the neon light via power supply. Both currently work. The clock was tested and working means we put a battery in it and the second hand started ticking. Beyond that, and whether it keeps proper time, has not been tested and is sold as is.

The 3 stickers on the back lost their stickiness and fell off when we removed styrofoam wrap. The are now in the bottom of the box. There is a small piece of styrofoam that is broken off on the top styrofoam insert, but is put back in place and included. Other smaller pieces may be missing, but that piece was actually detached and came lose during handling.
There is a small piece of what looks like the extra end of one of the zip ties that hold the neon light in place, that was visible in the front, however, it went into the hole at the bottom and disappeared. It's possible it could reappear if jostled, but should be able to be maneuvered to just go back in the hole and "disappear" again.
As you can see in the photos, the neon light and background are not perfectly centered.
We bought this item from a collector, and do not know the history of whether it was actually used, and if so, how much. We can not and do not guarantee the longevity of the neon light and electronics, other than that they are currently working, and you are welcome to test and see the item work, in store, prior to purchase. Otherwise, sold as is.
