Pictures are for general condition and reference. (Note: The top case hinge was broken and repaired after the pictures were taken (we added some addition pictures to show it). We can replace the whole front of the case before purchase, if requested, but it will obviously be different than the one in the pictures)
Condition
Although we do our best to provide the best items possible and keep them as pictured, we prefer to under-promise and over-deliver.

Some lighting reflections or shadows may appear in the photos — these are from the camera or lighting and are not defects. However, the camera does not always capture every imperfection, and sometimes marks may look better or worse in pictures than they do in person.

If a photo of the disc’s surface is provided, keep in mind that scratches and imperfections do not always appear clearly. Capturing a flawless disc can be just as difficult as capturing one with scratches. In other words, if you don’t see it in the photo, that doesn’t mean it isn’t there.

Shelf wear, fading, discoloration, or signs of display may occur after photos were taken, especially with items displayed in retail environments.

If you’re highly particular about condition, we strongly recommend inspecting the item in person at our store before purchasing online. We will not engage in condition-based complaints.

Pre-owned items may show typical signs of use, including (but not limited to) wear, tears, creasing, markings, staining, fading, etc.

All of our items go through a thorough inspection process. If an item includes "Discs" they are inspected and resurfaced as needed using commercial-grade VMI Hybrid machines to ensure functionality, unless otherwise stated.
