Tested and here is what we found: (Please also see video)
The system turns on and plays games, but the screen glitches in menu and in game.
We tried multiple power cords, AV Cables, and TVs (all flat screen), but the problem persisted.
We are selling it AS IS. This may be fixable, but we do not guarantee it in any way. What the customer does once they buy it, is on them, at their own risk. There are not returns for any reason.
-Pre-Owned: Items may show some overall wear from use.
Box shows wear, tear, marks etc, and has some bubbling on the top and back from where it appears to have had tape on it in the past.
-Not Included: DLC, Games, and anything not listed as being included.
-Note: Power Cord may be 3rd party.
The controller is not the official Halo Edition.
